86 z28 385 stroker 3200

1986 z28 t top car. newer t5 5 speed about 5000 miles on a rebuild. 4th gen seats, has a 3 inch fiberglass cowl hood. 1le disc brake rear end with 3.73 auburn posi and larger rear sway bar.

The previous owner patched the drivers floor. Some rust on the pinch welds but nothing major

Edelbrock 600 cfm carb electric choke, part number 1406 i believe has probably 100 miles on a recent rebuild $200

Edelbrock torker 2 intake square bore, fits early small block chevy part number...

i have timing tape on my balancer but my timing cover has no tab. the valves are set to zero lash plus quarter turn hydraulic lifter. float levels are set so fuel just trickles out of the sight hole...

by lean best i mean i have the leanest setting for idle without going into a misfire. im not sure as to the exact timing, the timing cover i have does not have a tab on it. when i had the timing...

i tried throwing in a couple more degrees of base timing but it has a hard time starting i have more than enough starter though so i backed off the timing a bit....

i stepped up to 1 490 ex 501 int cam and put a 780 holley on it now it seems to idle rough but steady while the car is cold but once it comes up to temp it wont idle on its own you have to tend it.
