I put washers between the trans and the bellhousing the clutch doesn't release. Although with open headers I'll have to fire it tomorrow. Rolling it manually the clutch doesn't release.

jmd - I bench bleed the system when i originally put the system in and the down side is I have no bleeder screws. I will revisit bleeding prior to yanking the tranny....

Majority of reputable gear oils are compatible with limited slip rear ends. I just did mine used Mobile 1 it says it right on the bottle.

yeah tpis did the chip after everything was done. I had 2 or 3 tune sessions with them which didn't correct the problem I also have a dead spot @1800 rpm low throttle not sure if the two are related....

After you spend all that time polishing your wheels don't let some tire jockey pound weights on them. Have them match mounted and make sure they use stick on weights on the inside...

have you tried jacking the rear end up and checking for play in the axel bearings? the seals usually leak pretty bad prior to a bearing like that going out...
