Plug gap has nothing to do with air/fuel ratio.

Unless you experiencing misfire from improper gap, the ratio will not change.

There is an issue with the fuel system.

25 PSI is more than enough at idle. With the proper bearing clearances
and volume, even 10 PSI is enough pressure.

Unless you have removed the thermostat, the fan/rad temperature
wont effect the warm up time of the motor.

The thermostat is pretty much closed until ~ 75% of the rated temperature.

Yes, but I'm not sure why you want to do this? When you cut the ignition
from the key, the relay will open the connection at the fan.

The Avenger Series (as most modern carbs) has blow out protection.

I don't suggest plugging the power valve if this is a street...

The voltage potential would be 'over the coil', but there's no current

Just so you know, there's no need for big buck plugs unless you are concerned
about maintenance life.

A set of $40.00 plugs will do the same thing, except last an additional 10,000 miles.

Not much unless your current heat range is causing the electrode to warp
