The car is still not dyno tune and finding a shop to tune it is HARD. I have a chip in it from Modern Muscle for a 350 with a cam intake and heads but not a 383. My car doesnt run at 100% at all....

I took the cap off and the top of it on the inside it burned it looks like. While the rotor is burnt as well with white powder all inside it.
