If you don't have the throttle position sensor, you can just not connect it to anything and it will be fine. You will need power for the electric choke. Done a lot of these and they are just fine...

Done several draw thru setups and the Holley is the easiest. I like the vacuum secondaries better but most guys insist on DPs. No matte which, your REALLY NEED TO INDEX THE POWER VALVE!!!!!!!!!!...
