Here's pictures
The first one is the rail the window is loose in
the second and third show how much the window moves.
Is there a bushing or a roller or something that goes there that's missing?

Well it depends on what you want. If you end up giong with a 350 like it says on your profile your going to tear a t5 to peices, so you would need to get a different transmission like a t-56. I blew...

I was driving my car and when I started it was fine. then whenever I pushed the clutch in to shift it made a ticking sound (I think the clutch fork was hitting the throwout bearing) and in 3 minutes...

My car was doing the same thing. Not as bad (I was able to start it with the clutch in all the way...barely) but the same type of thing. It's pulling the pressure plate too far making the pressure...
