I think the real benefit from the K&N is not really more hp but that your engine will be getting cleaner air and it won't restrict airflow when it gets dirty like the paper ones do.

I think its worth doing. The headers won't rust, look great with almost a chrome finish that will last forever and they will not get nearly as hot as uncoated headers so the engine will run cooler.
