'87 Formula for sale.
I've decided I just need to do this.... I only bought this a couple months ago, but I just have too many projects...
Engine: Originally an LG4, but has been swapped at some point with a 350 shortblock. Still carbed. Runs ok, but needs some TLC. A/C compressor is there, but is not hooked up.
Trans: T5 5-speed seems to be in good working order. I have driven the car several times and have not had any problem with it. Clutch engages fine.
Rear: B/W 9-bolt (disk brakes) with 3.73 gears. Reportedly installed recently by prior owner.
Interior: Black cloth interior. Seats are faded but usable. Center console was replaced with a 4th gen 6-speed console. Carpet is worn, but usable. Radio pod was removed at some point (have it, just not installed and face plate missing). Power windows work (slowly). Power locks (sticky like most 3rd gens). T-tops.
Exterior: The car is black, with the Aero spoiler (split from heat/age). Tires need replacing but can be used short-term. Some scratches/chips in the paint but it looks pretty good overall.
I’m asking $2k, but will entertain offers. I debated parting it out, but I’d hate to pull apart a car this complete/nice. I am in no hurry to sell, and may even take "payments"
Here are some pics. Please note that some are “before” shots.

Engine: V8 5.0L (LO3)

Have you fixed any of the cracks and scratches?
If you decide to do any parting out, I need a rear spoiler for my '89 black 305 TBI.

On second thought... nevermind that. I like your "payments" suggestion.

Hey man, do you want to trade spoilers? I really have been needing that aerowing spoiler. I can trade you the flat stock spoiler. It is black and in excellent condition.

After fixing up my car from a wreck, I only have enough for a spoiler.

Well, a couple things here:
1) you can probably find a better spoiler locally since this one has some splits.
2) you'd spend less locally because you wouldn't need to ship it.
3) I do not want to part this car out - nor put any work into it - including redrilling the mount holes for the different spoiler.
Of course, you could buy the spoiler for $2k and get the rest of the car free!!! :P

Wanna trade it? I have a 96 Honda 300EX. Easily worth 2k in Cycle Trader. Were you discussing a payment plan? I might be interested in that as well.

Any pics of the 300EX? Anything wrong with it, you know...the usual.
PM me or email me with what you think you can do payment-wise (I'd prefer $ over trades)...if that doesn't work out we can talk about the 300EX.
Thanks man!
