Hello fellow thirdgen owners. i have been on and off of this site for a long time. i live in the atlanta area. i always check out the posts in the South east region. there never seem to be ANYONE posting from the Atlanta area! where are all the thirdgen owners around atlanta? would love to hook up sometimes. maybe get together and go to the drag strip in Eatonton or lagrange.(well i guess its kinda late in the season now) i was in eatonton saturday. ran a low 7 in the 8th mile. not too many race cars there, but plenty of stunters. come on atlanta and surrounding areas, post up!

Nice. That's like..ehhh..70 miles from me. I think. So are there any f-body meetings or gatherings in this general area or state? Cos I know when I had my 94 ford which I just sold, all the gatherings were mostly up north and out west. I went to 2 and they were in florida nd Atlanta. And I'd be pretty interested in going to one.

Same here, new and used interior parts. Painted the interior plastic parts. Cam, heads, headers, upgrading the brakes, 4th gen SS wheels and new paint job. Top half metallic black with velocity yellow bottom.

There is a huge F-Body Gathering every year around memorial day weekend. They hold it near the cobb galleria.

i was at a park here in snellville about 5 weeks ago, and this guy and his wife pulled in in one of the cleanest 3rd gen camaros i've seen in a long while. it had a very beautiful paint job(one solid color no flames or anything like that) i went over and started talking with him about the car. he was very friendly and didn't mind answering my many questions. he popped the hood and man, you could have eaten off the lb9(?) 350 5.7L engine. it was gourgeous(spelling ?) it had an aftermarket exaughst (not flowmaster, if i remember right) that sounds really sweet. asked him if he knew about this site, and of course he did. he said that he had won some trophies at the big meet that they put on in marrietta every year here. very nice guy and car. btw it was briscoe park if you were wondering

I live in Dunwoody, a suburb just 20 miles north of downtown. I run my 87 IROC in the SCCA in C-Prepared class. I have been wanting to head to the drag strip with it at some point, but I need to flush out a couple of electrical bug first.

I have a couple of stock hoods, fenders and a door if anybody needs anything on that front, they can be had for a short song. (almost nothing)

Cool what side of columbus do u live? I live on the north side off of moon and weems rd. Are you looking to get rid of the headers or do u plan on reusing them? If your looking to get rid of them how much will u take for them? or what will u trade for them?

I'm just a few blocks from Columbus State U. I'm not going to use them. Decided to go with long tubes and dump the exhaust at the axle. They are not a name brand...$40 bucks I guess. I dont have a y-pipe for them.
