We won't be at Carlsbad, we'll probably be auto-Xing her Camaro at Fontana.

I had problems. I initially thought it was detonation (didn't touch timing in chip since last combo). But it only occured at the track, didn't happen previously, and hasn't happened since. I think it may be that I dumped a whole bottle of octane booster in my tank a couple minutes before I got in line, which was only 1/4 full, and it didn't properly mix with the gas. It was chugging going down the track forcing me to let off. The first run it did it in 1st and 2nd gear, so I let off stuck it in 3rd from ~40 MPH to 93 MPH and shifted into fourth damn close to the finish. I ran 13.9@102+ that run, basically all in 3rd. The second run was much the same but it did it in 3rd so I ran 14.8X. I've have flogged it several times since then and I can't duplicate the problem, so I think it was just one of those things. Definitely not clean runs.
Don didn't run because he forgot his car at home

what's your feel on the crowd level? I don't feel like wasting a day for 2 runs again, and C-Bad is farther and more expensive.
Is Don going to run as well?

how many runs do you think you'll get to run?
You would think you'd get less runs in during a competition than during a test-n-tune, or is it because there will be less cars?

Less cars and they run all morning round and round. Some guys have gotten as many as 10-15.
