Alignment specs.. please help!

Well I've finally got my suspension work done and now I need to get the alignment.. I've gone to 3 places already and everyones afraid to do work beacuse the car is lowered an inch! If someone could tell me what specs I need it would greatly help.. I had found some specs after searching the boards but when I went there they come out and starting telling me stuff about different tolerances and he doesnt know where to set them to.. Everytime I need something done be it the suspension work, simple exhaust fix or an alignment it always turns in to a project, must be the area i live in .. Anyways, its a 91 z28, I have the following suspension.

Moog ***** joints, inner/outer tie rod ends, upper strut mounts
Koni red adjustable struts and shocks
Eibach pro-kit
Some poly bushings
C5 wheels (17s front, 18s rear)

Now since it's lowered it obviously changes the camber/caster I guess so I don't know where to go for this alignment yet but I'm gonna keep looking for a performance place.. Any info is appreciated..

Call around and find an alignment shop that will do a custom alignment--talk to the alignment tech. Call some good body shops too, they may have a suggestion or have the equipment themselves(and not advertise it). Specs I would use
camber -.5
caster left 4.5
caster right 5
toe + 1/16 inch

Some third-gens can't get those specs. If not, you want the camber to be as close to -.5 as possible, with both sides being the same. Caster, as much as possible with the left being .5 less than the right. Of course 1/16 positive toe.

Example, if the camber will only go negative to -.3 on the left and -.6 on the right, set it to -.3 on both sides. If the caster on the left will only reach 4, then set the right caster to 4.5. A good alignment tech should know all that though.

Those were the exact specs I brought to the guy I went to today after searching the boards for a while I noticed they were the most common specs mentioned.. Infact I think you were the one who posted them in one of the threads.. But when I went there he was giving me some crap about not knowing what the tolerance is or something I dont exactly know.. I'll have to find a better shop who knows what they're doing.

Axle/Gears: 3.27 9 bolt
tolerances will be on the camber and caster +/-0.50
for toe =/- .010 not that it matters
