steering stiffined after new steering wheel
I got an aftermarket steering wheel today, and installed it.
wierd thing is my steering stiffined up greatly.
with my factory wheel there was some play in the steering(gear box down is all new). I put this new steering wheel on and wile there is still just a hair of play the steering is very firm, stiff and responsive. also the steering will not completly return to center after turning, but I dont have to fight it to get it back to center eather.
is this some thing I should be concerned about?
or should I just get use to the change and for get about it?

I would definately be concerned about this. The steering not returning by itself isn't good. There is no way a different steering wheel should stiffen up your steering like that. I would guess something is rubbing or binding in the top of the column.
