Welding differential tubes while on car?

Car: 1992 Chevy Camaro RS
Engine: 305 TBI
Transmission: T-56
Welding differential tubes while on car?
I just put in another rear end in my car. I had to do it quickly so I didnt get a chance to weld the tubes and paint everything before I put it in. My question.....when I go get the LCA brackets welded on.....will they beable to weld the tubes as well? First will they have enough room to go all the way around....and can they weld it with the axles and lube in there? I guess it probably wont make much of a different have the tubes welded or not....but if its possible I'll go ahead and have them done as well. Thanks for the info.

Car: '86 Z28 Chassi, '91 V8 S10
Engine: 350 bored .030 new cam, #416 heads with 1.94" intakes
Transmission: S10-NV3500 5spd
if its a 10 bolt the axlehouseing is probly the last thing you need to worry about. i wouldnt waist the money/time if its already in the car. but if its a 12 then go for it. i wouldn't thing it would be a problem.

There’s probably enough room with the axle at full droop. But there is no way that you’d do a good job at it and keep heat even enough to keep from warping the axle.
Even if that wasn’t the case I still wouldn’t do it with any lube in the housing or with it too assembled that you couldn’t thoroughly clean it out afterwards.
