Re: Pulls off the Road
My truck always wanted to pull off the road to the right while driving down the road. It seemed like I was always holding the steering wheel to the left. When I go my race car on an alignment rack in the spring, I also put my truck on to check the alignment. The toe was out slightly and was adjusted. The truck still pulled to the right.
About a month later I developed a sidewall leak and needed new front tires. After the new tires were installed, the "wanting to pull off the road" went away. I can let go of the steering wheel now and the truck goes straight down the road.
Nothing should hit your exhaust in the rear while turning. Where is the noise coming from? Jack up the front of the car and check your wheel bearings, suspension and steering components. If you don't know how, take it into a garage and have a mechanic look at it.

Re: Pulls off the Road
the y pipe comes pretty close to the right wheel when turning right, at least my SLP one does, that may be the grinding/rubbing. My car always wanted to drift to the right, got it aligned and it still did it. it ended up being that the balljoints on my centerlink/draglink were shot.
