There are no endlinks in the rear of thirdgens. Are you talking about the control arms?

Hmm sorry if I dont know any better but the bushings that go on the end of the sway bars. I thought they were called endlinks. I do have a rear sway bar.

it might not be called an endlink just because it is on the rear or maybe your car doesn't have a rear swaybar. but they are endinks.

you know personaly i see no problem with it, but if i was going to take it off to grease it would go get some poly bushing to replace the rubber ones

poly bushings always love grease as long as its synthetic and not petroleum based(will eat the bushings)

silicone grease or moli grease will work, anything made from petroleum will melt it

This will work if they squeak. By the book, and Energy instructions, do not grease end links.

Re: Is it bad to grease the endlinks on out cars?

Definately grease the swaybar bushings, they even come with a little packet of the stickiest grease I've ever seen...

Endlinks, well greasing really won't do much there; unless you foresee r&r'ing them more than once in their life cycle (ei. 4x4 offroading) in which case some antiseize on the shaft and threads may be a nice thing...
