Pro Touring setup ideas????

Ok, i wanna do a pro touring setup obviously lol. I wanna do it for a good price too because i also am gonna be buying rims/tires thinking maybe either z06 or zr1..what size would you suggest? 17 by 9? I am also gonna do ls1/t56 swap

eventually... anyway please help!
