Any time I see something listed on ebay, that's not listed anywhere else, and the company doesn't have a website, my first conclusion is that it's cheaply made, mass produced crap from China.

It's a bit hard to trust feedback since most people leave feedback when the item shows up, not a year later after they've been subjected to abuse.

If it were me I'd buy a used set of name brand parts.

If you want a good quality product go to Spohn Performance for the Tube type Rear LCA's & Panhard Bar. A little more then the e-bay crap, but from Spohn you know what you are getting. I have both products on my car now for eight years with very good results over the U-channel stock parts.

im looking to have a set of arms made out of alum.
going to drop a set of BMR arms off at a shop and have them Copy the Arms... just for My car.. i dont use a Torque arm any more,(laderbars) and all the aftermarket Arms are Like 10lbs going to see if i can get a set done in the 4lbs ball park out of alum..see what they say on cost.. and see whats out there thats about the same in LBS and cost..

I went ahead and baught a set, couldn't pass it up for the price, they seem pretty sturdy from the description but i'll keep a close eye on them and if they show any signs of fatigue i'll return them and if not its only a $100 so i figure what heck i'll give em a shot.

Make sure you keep an eye on the jam nuts. I looked a few aluminum sets and thought my safety was a main priority even though some companies have said they run high 8's with them. I would be worried about the threads pulling out and they fatigue more quickly then steel do.

I think he's talking about the aluminum threads in the arms fatiguing & the jam nut loosening, because of the rod end moving.

i dont think we are talking about the same type of trailn arms.
mine needs only to made from alum. and have 2 bolts ea.
thats It. like a stock arm only made from alum Tube.

I dont use the torque arm any more Dumped it years ago.
and have been using light Wt stock arms. now looking to get a copy made.
and I have a Set made By BMR, that i will copy out of Alum..
all the bushings from the BMR parts will Push right in when done.

Most of the aftermarket arms tip the scales at 10lbs+

should get a copy thats less then 5lbs.

Maybe he was referring to adjustable aluminum LCAs? That is what I was thinking. Sounds you are wanting non-adjustable LCAs, made out of aluminum.

Thats wha I was referring to. If you are just using aluminum stock with poly bushings then you should be fine.

Not necessarily, if someone would have told me they had bought a set and they broke or they got ripped off i wouldn't have bought them,thats why i asked for input,but nobody seems to know much more about them than i do and the only draw back is the company is a new e-bay seller with no other background,so i figure its probably some dude welding these up his garage on the weekends or something just to make some extra cash,they have a warranty so if i dont like them i can return them,and if its a rip off im covered by pay-pal,so screw it i'll be the guinea pig.

I talked to the guy today and did a little more research and i've come to the conclusion that these must be j&m products's overstock, first because they look alot like j&m's and second the guy thats selling them on ebay also works for hotpart.com where he emailed me from,and they have lots of j&m products @ hotpart.com,so he must have got a deal on there overstock and flipped em on ebay to make a quick buck,works for me!

Ive always been a fan of BMR stuff. But if the price is right, and you feel satisfied for what you paid. And the performance that you are looking for, then by all means Get them. I personally like an adjustable panhard bar because it leaves you more options in the future. But i guess its all a matter or preference. and price. Good Luck

No one can make and sell for that price....AND...make a profit.

2"x1.5"x0.083" is what, 1.9 lbs/ft? Two bars at about 5 feet long each is 19 lbs. What's steel at now, say $800/ton? That's $0.40/lb, so about $7.60 in steel each. No machining or welding involved, just a cut and two little crush bends that your grandma could make with her bare hands. Maybe a nickel for the two plastic end caps. Probably only costs $15 to ship, too. :-P

we only get .02 cents a pound for steel from our scrap guy, i think he gets .04 cents a pound for it

i picked up a set of those too the other day, they are made well, the finish is good. they are a tad wide, bit should pull in when the bolts are tight. Bolt in too, for a mere 47bux plus shipping. not a bad price.
