how are front coils supposed to fit in the LCA??

how are front coils supposed to fit in the LCA??

after chasing around my problem (front end sits too high) for a few mos, i've found that i probably didnt sit the coil in the LCA properly...how exactly is it supposed to sit???

they just slide up in the hole and then rest on the LCA with the coil sitting over where the hole is.

There are 2 small holes in the spring pocket in the CA; the end of the coil is supposed to be in between them.
