ultimate TBI
Hey guys. I got a quick question. I hope this is OK to post in here.
I got a TB off a LO3 and what wondering a couple of things.
1) How much is it worth in stock form?
2) how much is it worth ported out?
I plan on selling it but i wanna see what its worth.
One last thing, how much could i get out of the whole set-up (wiring harness, ECM, Intake, and TB)?
Thanks guys
Kyle

The TBI unit itself is only worth $20 or so. Possibly less. Porting it will only add value to the person who wants that option without doing the mod themself. You could probably get $30 for a TBI unit with the ridges ground down and polished.
It is hard to place value on old parts that were mass produced. It is only worth what people are willing to pay. Check out ebay to see what similar set-ups are going for.
You can buy a complete runing 350 TBI for under $500 if that tells you anything.

i got intake, dist., coil, harness, ecm, throttle body, and all sensors for 40 bux, if that tells you anything, but i also pulled it all myself, if you already have it all pulled you might be able to get more than that from a lazy person.

If you clean it up and do Ultimate TBI Mods to it you could get $20-$40 out of it on ebay, i've sold a couple, bought them at swap meets for $10 and cleaned them and modded them and turned them around for around $30.

i don't think either of them meant the whole setup, i think 100$ might be possible for that full setup or more as you said. Btw i might be interested in the tb if you want to sell it by itself at some point in time and are willing to ship it. If so send me a pm with a price and some pics of the tb itself and i'll see what i can do.
