dont delete heater diverter valve
instead of deleating it why dont we just reroute it behind the strut tower by the blower motor fan lots of unused space there .
i figured that since most all gm cars have the diverter valve some where it must be a needed thing .
so i just relocated it and now its only the smog set up in the way of my valve cover
heard to many people blowing the heater cores when deleteing the valve and being that the heater core is a pita to change .
moveing the valve is a much better idea

had 2 more pics that help show how to do it
you have to disconnect the valve then run the hoses under and inbetween the ac and the heater box
the front hose runs inbetween the ac tube and the ac line and just run the vac hose over top the heater fan box "my vac hose is 3" shorter so mine has some tension but any one else that dose this will have no problems doing this
gm should have done this in from the factory as this looks much better to me
i also didnt want to remove the valve as i happen to like cold ac
