Re: Is there a crossfire guide anywhere?
Crossfire is just a different version of TBI, using 2 throttrle bodies instead of 1. The factory service manual is what you need; you also want to look up the Crossfire Vault website in addition to this one.
http://www.crossfire.webhop.net/
Finally posting the symptoms of your car's problem(s) would help, along with you doing a search. Most of the problem-questions have already been asked & answered here before, you just need to spend the time to find the answers.

Re: Is there a crossfire guide anywhere?
when i start the car it idles at 1500 rpm until it warms up, it then fluctuates from 450rpm to 800rpm, after driving for a while i have to step on the gas and the brake at the same time so it doesnt die out. While driving the car runs fine. I am not getting any codes. I dont know what to do.

Re: Is there a crossfire guide anywhere?
Do a search here using: IAC + idle + uneven
There are other things that can cause an uneven idle (clogged fuel filter, weak ignition, et al.) but a dirty IAC is probably one of the most common. Also search on the CFI Vault (CFI = Cross Fire Injection).

Try this:
Check your ground wire inside your HEI Distributor from the ignition module to the grounding point, this tends to get rusty and has a high resistance.
Disconnect and clean the grounding ring and ground area.
