What is the right MSD box to get to work with tbi?

Any like 6a and they have a harness to make an easier install. But you really don't need it... Ignition on these cars is great when maintained.

Re: Msd box for tbi

MSD also sells an adapter for distributor that feeds the remote blaster coil.

I read the GM module is retained? Is that true?

Re: Msd box for tbi

It does use stock module to trigger MSD box. I've never seen the adapter to blaster coil but they do have a direct bolt in MSD coil as well.

I have used the blaster coil on conversions with great results. Can't say the same for using MSD box with all other stock parts...

Re: Msd box for tbi

Cool, this saves me a post.... Does anyone know the part number for the msd coil for a tbi? I'm putting it in a 91, now with a 350 tbi not a 305 tbi... If that matters.
