Is it ok to start car without trans or clutch in car?
I took the trans and clutch out of my car, and I was wanting to make sure it is ok to start the car for a minute without the trans or clutch in.

Of course for the minute you start the motor, dont rev it reeeal high. Your drive train is designed to help take the vibrations away from the engine as well as propel the vehicle.

Question for Mrs. Lottaballs. This has nothing to do with your post or even for third gens, but I just had to ask. Have you always been into cars, or did your husband get you into them. The reason I ask is my wife hates my car, she says it is too loud and too fast. Says I spend way to much time f-ing around with it. Just hoping your husband some how got you into cars, so I could ask advice on how he did it. Sorry to intrude on your post, just lookin for some advice from a lady's view. THanks!!!!
