Engine: LT1
Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: 3.73
Do I have a blown head gasket
Ok, when i put water in the radiator which has coolant in it, it kinda foams up, at start up there is some moister inside the tailpipes, but after a few mins of it running seems to dry up. Any imput ?

Did you check your oil?
A blown head gasket will usually cause rough running, overheating, coolant in your oil and white smoke out the tailpipe AFTER warmup.

My Chevy truck foams up too. Not sure why, but it's been doing it for over 100K miles. Runs fine..
Moisture out the tail pipes is normal at start-up with a cold eng.
The last time you parked the car, the exhaust cooled. When it cooled, condensation (dew) formed in the exhaust system.

Definitely not a blown head gasket. If it were, you'd not only see white smoke continuously coming from your tailpipes, but you would also probably notice huge changes in engine temps going way high, then back down again.

Sounds like you have air in the system. But if you are still worried about the head gasket, you can get a head gasket leak detector from just about any parts store. All you do is sample some of the coolant for traces of exhaust gases. Its an inexpensive shortcut that is pretty much foolproof. Or you could do it the old fashioned way with a compression/leakdown test.
