LB9 power ratings

i'm new to this message board but i couldn't find any listings for the engine internal power ratings. specifically, the crank, rods, and pistons. thanks for the help

Which engine? The safe maximum power varies widely. And safe peak power is dependent upon RPM as well. There were almost fifty years of SBC engines, with various crankshaft designs, material specifications, and weights. Same for con rods and pistons. About the only consistent item was the weak 85# valve springs.
