Accel 21# or 23# for stock 350?

Which one could I use in a stock '90 350 TPI? They are rated at the same pressure as GM's, so I'm thinking either will work but I wanna be sure. Thanks guys.

Car: 1991 GTA Convertible
Engine: 350
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.73
Stock TPI 350 L98 Engines use 22# injectors, any higher and the car will be running rich. The 21# injetors will work but only if you have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and raise the fuel pressure up. If you can try to get 22# injectors, especially if you are going to keep the car stock.

The problem is that I've heard Accel reccommends the 21#, but Rich at cruzinperformance said to go with the 23#. They don't have a 22#, which sucks. Will a little extra fuel really make that much difference?
