From L98 block to L31??
I have an eagle 1pc rear main crank, 6'' rods and forged pistons for my L98. Assuming the blocks have the same bore, will all of these parts work?? Is the timing chain and cover compatable?? Any other surprises? Any help is welcome at this point!!

Yup all the same stuff. The one thing I'm not sure about is aren't L31 flat-tappet blocks? That would pretty much be the only difference. That would make your timing chain incompatible.
