Heated O2 senor installation
I want to install a heated O2 sensor in my 85 IROC. How do you hook up the heater wire? Do you tie it into a "keyed" hot wire or what????

Which ECM is in the picture???? I am currently running the original 870 computer. If the computer in the picture is a 165, I have the wiring diagrams for both and can make the correct connections to the computer.

You can just tie it into a hot-when-key-is-on wire if you don't prefer the high tech relay driven method Vader posted. His is probably the best method, but the key-hot-wire may be easier....

The keyed hot wire may be the best thing to do for now.... I can always upgrade later.....
