I paid 250$ for a complete builder 350 4 bolt. You want to tell them that you want a builder! Something that doesent run but will still turn over IE no holes in the block or pan.

$550 includes delivery and guarantee that its in good running order, some places actually wanted more for a 305 (my guess TPI versions)* please read post in engine swap *

Car: 91 camaro
Engine: 383
Transmission: T56
I was quoted $250 for a rebuildable 4-bolt, roller cam, delivered into the back of my truck. It would come with the entire engine, all the TB stuff (because it came out of a truck). The good thing about getting a block from a junkyard is that they have to stand behind what they sell you. So if it's cracked or something, they'll exchange it for another one.
