Wheel Wobble??
Just recently I ended up losing control of my car, swung sideways
and jumped a curb: causing my aluminum rim to bend, but left the tire inflated. I went ahead and ordered the exact same rim, mounted the rim and now the wheel(driver's side rear)wobbles.
What could be the problem? What am I to look for?damage-wise?
The tire and rim have been mounted, balanced, etc.
Just wobbles when in motion.DUECE

You could probably get one (or a trash rear end) from a junk yard for not too much. The ones you have should be 26 spline shafts so make sure to get the same ones. Just replacing the axle isnt too bad. The only kind of hard thing is getting the pinion shaft bolt out. On mine (and probably all the rest of them) that thing was tight. Took some banging with a mallot to break it loose.
EDIT: Its advisable to replace the axle bearings and seals as well while you have it apart, but its more work.
