Do I need new plugs?
I cant tell if i have a miss or a trans problem. The tach spikes up and when i lightly accelerate the trans feels like switching between 3rd & 4th or like its hesitating. What do you guys think?

SY,
If you can't remember chaning the plugs lately, 99¢ apiece is a cheap way to eliminate the problem or at least the possibility. I've never seen a new plug hurt the performance of an engine (properly applied and installed, of course).

Changed the plugs & wires, seems to have worked. Cost= $40, not quite $.99 but i get the idea. Thanks for your response.
