I think my car has a bad case of blow by...
I took the oil cap off and the pcv valve out and revved it up and three was quite a noticable steam coming out... is this a correct test? or could it be a leak of antifreeze in the head gasket or intake because the car does you a little antfreeze...

Probably just oil vapors, I've seen my van do it but it's a Mitsubishi engine (Dodge). That's what the PCV system is for, so I wouldn't sweat it too much. The best test for blow-by is a compression test.
