Head Gasket identification
Just pulled one head off my engine and I'm trying to figure out what head gasket was on it. Only thing stamped on it is, 5906-1 VR Canada, the VR is circled. Just interested in what they were, I'm guessing they were .041 compressed but measured out to be .050 on the metal ring after taking them off.

yeah ive searched any way that i can, search engines, and online parts lookup pages and come up with nothing for that number
what do you want to know and what engine do you have, year and size ?
what type of gasket is it ?
is it later nitro seal, or old original steel shim, or ?

It's a 91 350 block, the gasket is the newer stuff with the dark silver looking coating on it. The engine has been put together a little over 3 years. It's no biggie if anyone can't find info on it, just wanted to see what it was for the compressed height.
