well if you are blowing steam the head gaskets are leaking. time for a rebuild or upgrade.

or just time for a simple head gasket replacement
check spark plugs to find out which side of the engine needs the new head gasket
the water burning one(s) will be cleaner than all the rest
if too much water gets into a cylinder and the piston cant come up all the way due to the water then youll end up damaging the engine in a bad way

Advancing the timing to about 6 degrees base (assuming this is a computer controlled US car, and not a Canadian-delivered car). Other than that, I don't know of any.
Could also be cracked heads.
Second I am blowing steam out the tailpipes. Losing coolant SO whats the problem.
