Stock head? Are you pulling them to have the guides cut for the lift?
3/8" screw-in studs will be fine. Labor will be removing the press-in studs, machining the bosses for the stud shoulder, tapping the holes, and installing the studs. Probably $150-$200, depending upon your shop.
PROM burning is probably in your future.

Yes they do. Also, you gotta tell us if you're running 113 heads, I didn't read that in your original post eh?
That's a high lift cam, i'd make sure to measure and check it. It most likely needs machininig.
Your rockers and studs need to match. So if you're using 3/8" rockers, you need 3/8" studs. That size is fine for your application.
Does the retainers come with locks? You'll need those.
those gaskets will work fine.

I missed the "Location: Cali" part. You'll need external exhaust plumbing for the EGR valve, a la Vette L98.

Alright Kevin you have sold those springs and retainers. do you guys get comission? I'ma place the order on Summit. Dont know if that link will work for my shopping cart. So i have decided to get the LUNATI
Part Number: 54779LUN
Duration @ .050 In/Exh: 215* / 224*
Valve lift w/1.5:1 Ratio: .489 / .489 (W/1.5:1 Rocker arm Ratio. Im using 1.6's)
LSA: 112*
Springs: Manley 22410-16
Retainers: Manley 23652-16
Now THIS combo is definately going to work right?
PS for those just joining us the "combo" is Stock resurfaced valve jobbed "113" heads off of a 1991 vette.
