Where is this oil coming from ? PICS

1991 305 TPI, rebuilt about two years ago. Probably only about 4000 miles or less. I can clean this area up and after a twenty minute drive it reappears on the intake manifold. It is not seen on the passenger side. Any ideas where it is coming from??

Thanks!!

It's coming around the threads of the intake base mount bolts. Pull them out one at a time, clean up the threads, coat with Teflon paste, retorque, move to the next one.

Just to be sure, it is the bolts that mount manifold to the heads/block. So I could remove the intake runner on that side for access, then clean, coat, and retorque like you said. Also, how much torque do those bolts get?

Thanks again

It's the bolts that mount the intake base to the heads.

25 lb-ft, I believe. Might be 35. Check the shop manual.
