anyone think this is a good buy?
1988 Camaro IROC-Z It's the factory 5.7L w/ MSD Igntion, Holley Stealth Ram w/Accel 24lb. injectors, Underdrive Pulleys, SLP 1 3/4 headers w/y-pipe, Flowmaster cat-back, Borg Warner T56 6 speed out of a 96 Camaro, 98 SS Rear End, All Tubular Rear Suspension, Eibach Springs, Hotchkis Sub Frame Connectors, Comp Engineering 8 Point Bar, Z06 Rims 18x9 1/2 front, and 18 10 1/2 Rear, and a few more little things.
Down side, Dent in passenger front fender in front of tire, p.o.s. jack, glad I wasn't under the car. The car has been sitting outside for about 2 years.
The trailer is a 8x18 1/2 flat bed tandem axle, the tires will get you home, but will need replaced.
$3500 Firm, and I won't part it out. I want to, I would get more money for it but I don't have the space
Maybe a trade for a good motorcycle

Re: anyone think this is a good buy?

Re: anyone think this is a good buy?
Could be.... has alot of good parts, FWIW.
Buy it, take off the parts that render it non-CA-emissions compliant (the HSR), sell them, buy parts that ARE compliant. That way you might get to drive it someday.
I'd recommend finding out why it's been "sitting outside for 2 years" instead of somebody finishing the project. Like, they tried to smog it and discovered the hard truth? Has something non-recoverable wrong with it? FIND OUT. Get the truth, not a bunch of used-car-salesman monkey-spank. Don't get all starry-eyed over it and do all your thinking with the little head. Use the big head too. Keep your feet firmly planted on terra firma.
