Vacuum leak? Intake leak?

Hey guys, have a question. On my 87 z28 5.0 tpi, when hit the gas pedal to wot theres a pause in acceleration so i checked under the hood and did it manually on the throttle body and sounds like theres an air leak or vacuum leak when i push on the throttle manually. I had noticed some coolant sitting in the valleys of the intake. Could this point more towards the intake gasket leaking? I did notice that the throttle cable had a slight bend in it, but i dont believe that would be causing it. I did in fact change the throttle body gasket and iac gasket with no luck.
