That old TPI test......
Anyone remember that old tpi intake test from like 15 or 20 years ago? Richard Holdener just brought it up again on his YouTube channel. 534 lb/ft and 500hp from an extruded manifold I think it was. 383, afr heads. Forget the cam but might've been the xr288hr....
Very short lift by todays standards although the duration is higher than most.
Anyway it got me thinking about newer tech and how we still arent making that kind of torque from same size engine. We can make impressive hp numbers easily now but still not the torque. On the street I'd rather have that torque!
