Oil recommendations for brakes and power steering
Hi all. I am looking at doing a complete power steering and brake flush on my 1991 Camaro Z28, and I was wondering what some of you are using for oil. The owners manual calls for Dot 2 brake fluid, but that's no longer available. I also plan on doing the flush myself, and wanted to know what the diameter size on the fitting for the return line on the power steering resevior and the bleeder on the caliper so I can buy the clear vinyl tubing.
Thanks in advance

3/16 fuel line is what I used and it worked great to bleed the brakes. I did the one man bleeding with a soda bottle and it worked really well. 1A auto has a good video on how to do it.

Standard DOT 3 brake fluid supersedes DOT 2 and will work fine.
AC Delco power steering fluid will work, or an equivalent auto parts store brand listed for GM power steering systems.
