got it on

well on the way to work to day line up with a 06 stang GT Had to race hime well took him 1,2,3 then fouth was a bad gear has any one ealse had a runnin with one and were you beat .Got a 350 and a five speed it was orig a l98 engine but swaped to carb ?????

swapped in the 5 speed my self and no did'nt take him .They have about 300hp sorry .

Easy on the cracks guys. The new stangs are quite potent and in the right hands can rip off a low 13 second pass. They are nothing to be taken lightly.

they dyno'd a stock GT on Horsepower TV ...it only put 255 to the rear wheels. But yes that enough to take you ....maybe . They are a dam heavy car. heck I have video here of a GT500 ( 2006) only getting a 13.6

Yea, I dont see the hype with the GT, tons of people were and still are comparing them to the late 4th gen LS1 cars...meanwhile they're far too underpowered and they weigh ~3500lbs.

260-270 rwhp on average and mid 13s with decent driving... They are heavy but the weight is there for a reason. The cars feel better than ANY Mustang ever, and are very solid cars even compared to brand new, more expensive cars! You get what the weight gives!
