Upgrading 85 TPI
Whats up guys. Iv decided its time to start upgrading my 85 TPI Trans Am. Only thing is in looking through parts catalogs and online im having a hard time finding parts for this car. Im thinking header for starters and future upgrade next summer would be supercharger. I spent last week in Dayton Ohio at the Trans Am nationals and after what some people accomplish its adicting. lol.
So if anyone can help with specific part numbers or somewhere i can start the information would be greatly apprcieted. thanks again guys.

Point well taken
You have a point about the 350 wont argue that. Supercharger on my 305 is just something i was considering. Im however really interested in headers and some other easy upgrades. Porting the plenum and evertying i am aware of also. I added a CAI. But im more interested in part numbers or place to get upgrade parts for this car. Thanks for the feedback.

You can find part numbers through any retailer. That's why places like Summit and Jegs give away catalogs. In terms of what to look for, a complete exhaust is a good place to start. Headers, cat, & catback. This will also give you more exhaust flexibility too. The 85 uses a unique cat that makes it difficult to adapt the 86+ exhaust systems too, and there isn't much available for the 85 style. By replacing the cat, you'll be able to use the newer stuff.
On the other end, you can open up the airbox and add K&N filters. Port matching the plenum & runners might help a little, but not enough for me to bother.
You could upgrade your cam, but the 85 already has a pretty good cam.
If I were you, I'd do the exhaust, and maybe an accel base & SLP runners, and then start saving for that 350.
