My 383 picture give opinions
It is in the car now and still in debug proces. 200 miles on it and the MT 26/9.5 will not hold it. There old and have dried out some so I hope the new radials will hold? Thinking on stepping up to the 275/40 17s.

So are you asking about the tires? I have heard of an "old school" strick to soften up tires and slicks. Take and put them on a rotiserie and "cook" them over the flame for a few hours. You think I am crazy, but a local guy at a shop around here did that and couldn't stop hooking at the track. Hadn't used the tires in probably 10 years, so he used that trick and they worked great. LoL... I love the old timers!!!
