I fixed the rest of my problem today but I am sorry to tell you my answer wont help yours. I had tried replacing my cold start injector about 2 days ago and while I did that. I ended up not lining up the injector in its hole. It caused a bad vacuum leak. It also made the Injector not work. I understand that you dont have a cold start injector. I am pretty sure that you should listen for a vacuum leak. Sorry again my answer didnt help you.
Good Luck again
Dennis

Dont get frustrated with it. I did and it took loonger then it should have to fix it.

Thats cool man. Its good to hear what other people did that worked. But Iam dont listen for a vacuum leak. I've listened for other things with my head close to all parts of the engine. And Ive never heard air escaping and or being sucked in. But Ill have to check again. I hope all I need to do is , replace EGR and its corresponding vacuum lines. Then my knock sensor. then my ESC. I hope that will end my codes and my problem. Also my manual says to drain the engine of coolant before installing the new knock sensor. Why in the world would you do that????????

The knock sensor is threaded into a hole in the water jacket.
When you take it out, it will gush.
Not too bad if your quick and doing it from the top, from underneath its another story

Oh I see. Interesting. You said , some cases you can do it from up top, where would it be located. I know what to look for. But can you point me in the right direction so I dont have to lift it and waste time???

Alright guys. I finished installing my new EGR valve and my new knock sensor. The car seems to feel alot better. Throttle resonse is awesome. And it no longer runs like crap when cold. And before I replaced these parts when the engine was hot it seemed to not have as much power as when it was just warm. Now it feels just as strong no matter the temperature of the engine. Iam still having VATS problems which is why Iam still getting code 46.
....Is it just me or is it damn near impossible to get the rear bolt on the EGR valve off????!!!???. Both bolts on the old EGR were so difficult to take off, because there was no clearence to get a socket on the bolts.
