lpe 211/219 cam is as big as i'd go. with 1.5 rocker its .500/.525 lift so you'd have to get the heads setup for that lift.
they also have the LPE 216 cam which works very good with stock heads and TPI. with 1.6 rockers the lift is only .493/.502. so it will need abit of head work as well but the 1.5's will only need new springs. 213/219 duration so it will make nice power and work well with stock computer on MAF cars
ppl have used the LT4 hotcam tho i'd would stay away from that with stock TPI.
stock zz4 cams would very well...they come out of the ZZ4 crate motor. its 208/221 and .474/.510 i believe so also have to get the heads to work
comp cams has a few computer friendly grinds, like the 210/220 with near .500 lift. adjust the valvetrain in the heads and it will work great to.
all these cams could benefit from computer tuning but could be run with little to no tuning on MAF systems with alittle fuel pressure tunning.
i think you'll have good gains with a cam swap but alot more with swapping the stock TPI stuff to full aftermarket or something else. my buddies car with just full bolt ons and gears goes 13.7's on street tires.... stock converter too. with slicks and higher stall, it would be lower 13's for sure.
