Air Intake differences

Ok. So what I saw on ebay there are differend intakes for engines up to 90 and different for 90-92 engines.. Also the ones I saw does not fit camaros..
And my prroblem is
that I have Firebird 88 and
Im swaping an engine from
Camaro 91..
What are the difference and what should I chose? :P

Up to 1989 has a MAF. 1990 to 1992 is speed density. The Camaro CAI is fine from the factory with one modification. The one for the Firebird leaves a lot to be desired do to the hood design.

So in your situation order the one for the 1990 to the 1992 Firebird and you will be ok.
