Anyone running a nylon cam button?
I'm just wondering what the life expectancy of them is and the proper procedure for installing one.
Due to the afro-engineering involved I was forced to get one and have it machined down to fit my cam sprocket & couldn't use a roller button. I was told just to push it in as far against the cam as it would go and make sure it wasn't pressing against the timing cover too hard. Sound right?
thanks,
