injector constant and closed loop - how far off can it be?
How far off can the injector constant be, yet still be in closed loop?
I've been trying to nail down my injector constant, like forever, and I just can't get closed loop for more than a few seconds - no O2 swinging. Tried Bosch O2, AC heated O2, now Innovate WB O2 (simulated NB). Also tried flow matched LS1 and new Accel 21lb injectors.
I tested the O2 signal on the ECU harness and the ECU board and WB says 14-15:1.
I'm not sure where to go from here. Any suggestions?
Anyone know of a good TPI tuning place in SE PA?

Up until the last sentence your post was OK on diy_prom, moving to TPI board.

Re: injector constant and closed loop - how far off can it be?
Maybe I should have asked, "just how adaptable is an O2 sensor- just to get to closed loop?"
The reason I ask is that the engine temperature is good, and my AFR is close and I figure the only think left is to narrow down the inj const., or something is malfunctioning.
I figured I need to get it closer but I am at the point where I am changing from 22.00 to 22.2 and being just rich and just lean.

FYI: It's been a while but I finally got it -
I cut the tan wire and attached it to the body and instantly saw the O2 swinging - thanks for the help
