BBK TPI INTAKE
does any one know if and where you can buy just the BBK tpi plenum and runnners w/o the base?

Summit doesnt have it, people have been waiting a long time for it and still waiting.
The base is completely different than the factory TPI base. They are not interchangeable. The BBK uses a o-ringed runner that is not bolted onto the base and is held in place by the plenum. So even if you could buy just the runners and plenum, you couldnt do anything else with them without using their base or doing a whole lot of welding and machine work.
