Transmission: 700,Edge 2800 th350,Edge 3400 4L60E
Axle/Gears: 9 Bolt 3.27 Borg-Warner, built 3.73
Fuel Pressure
I have a 86 5.0 FI I jus put in a bbk fuel pump in and have had a bbk afpr for about 2 years i have started it already with the pump in before but now when i have tried to adjust the psi it doesn want to start only reading at about 20 psi kinda lost on how to get the psi to get back up got a half tank tried adjustin the screw but nothin jus at that 20 psi any help or suggestions i would appreciate thanks guys

assuming that the AFPR was already set before and your filter is clean then you probably have the wrong pump. 20 PSI max is what you would get out of a TBI fuel pump so if you are looking for 40PSI then it could be the case. I put in the wrong one and got 22PSI - everything else was good, took it out and got the correct one and 45PSI.
